Oct. 21st, 22nd, and 23rd have been designated Parent/Teacher Conference Days. Due to COVID-19 social
distancing and safety protocols, the conferences will be held digitally via Zoom meetings, via phone calls,
or via email.
To schedule your preferred time for a conference, please go to: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/PANDORA_GILBOA_LOCAL_SCHOOL
and follow the prompts. When you sign up for your time slot(s), please select the date and time for your
child’s conference, then scroll to the bottom and click special request. In the special request box, you
will need to indicate whether you want to have a Zoom meeting, phone call or email with the teacher(s).
Finally, click submit in the bottom right corner. If you choose the Zoom option, your child’s teacher(s)
will send you an email with the link for the meeting which you can use to log on at the time of your
appointment. Otherwise, your child’s teacher(s) will call or email you at the time of your appointment.
After you schedule conferences online, the date and time are reserved for you. If you entered your
email address correctly, you will receive email confirmation of your conference.
Time slots fill quickly, so please sign up at your earliest convenience, but no later than Oct. 16.
Thank you for your support of your child’s education.
Please visit the link below to sign-up with helping out in the concession stand this Fall at our Junior High and Varsity Football games. There will not be concessions at Junior Varsity games this Fall. Due to the health orders and recommendations in place, the concession stand will only be selling sealed/packaged food, as well as sealed/bottled drinks. We are asking that those who sign-up stay for the entire game. If we are not busy, people will be permitted to go home.
Thank-you for your willingness to help out during these challenging times. Any questions, please contact Amber Huffman (419) 302-3123 or Angie Morris (567) 525-1602.
Pandora-Gilboa Community and Fans:
As we progress through these unprecedented times, we thank each of you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to beginning the school year this week, as well as continuing our Fall sports seasons. With information provided by the governor and our league(s) in regards to spectator attendance, we ask that please view the following link for an update on ticket procedures this Fall for all our Fall athletics.
As we all look forward to having a fun, enjoyable, exciting, and successful Fall season for each of our athletics, we continue to ask that everyone remain diligent and responsible in abiding by the health regulations that are in place. By not abiding by the regulations, you jeopardize the season that we all hope to see play out in its entirety. We are excited to have the opportunity to compete this Fall, and look forward to seeing all our student-athletes on the court/field/course over the next couple months. We again thank each of you for your understanding and cooperation during these difficult times. GO ROCKETS!
