Please click the link below for the Pandora-Gilboa Local reopening guidelines. We have ordered school logo masks for our students and we hope that they arrive by the first day of school (August 25th), however, students will need their own mask for the first day and each student may wish to have several face coverings to utilize throughout the week. There will be no open house for grades 1-5 this year; if students in those grades wish to bring in their supplies prior to the first day of school they can do so during registration/picture days. Please put those supplies in a bag with the student’s name and place by the teacher’s classroom door. If you are willing and able to transport your child/children it would help reduce the number of students on the bus. This commitment would continue until the Health Department issues an all clear; which could possibly be the entire school year. If you are able to transport your child/children please contact Shelly Guthrie at 419-384-3227 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Further details will be provided concerning parent pick up of (K-3) students at dismissal and procedures for picking up/dropping off students who have appointments or become ill during the school day. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we plan for the reopening of the building for the 2020-2021 school year.
Athletic physicals for all student-athletes entering grades 7-12 will remain required ahead of the 2020-2021 school year.
Athletic Physical forms can be found outside of the school office for pick-up. At the recommendation of the OHSAA and due to the ongoing concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, athletic physicals must be scheduled with a family doctor or physician at a medical facility in a private setting.
Additionally, all required forms can be found and printed at the following link:
Forms can be turned back into the office, or to your student-athletes coach. All forms must be completed, approved, and be on file before being permitted to practice. Fall sport practices are currently scheduled to begin on August 1st.
